Vosloo Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd (VCE) is a Toowoomba based civil engineering consultancy that specialises in the planning, design and contract management of civil engineering infrastructure projects.   We provide professional design, drafting and construction monitoring services to the development industry, to local government, utility authorities and civil contractors.
